2. Contact us if you have questions (email, phone, contact form).
3. Request an Intake to get started (choose telehealth or in person).
4. We will approve your appointment request or contact you if changes are needed.
5. We will send you paperwork through our secure online client portal.
6. Complete the paperwork online prior to your intake.
7. Send us your insurance information if you hope to use insurance.
8. Our Administrative & Billing Specialist will communicate with you after checking your benefits.
9. Attend your intake
10. Make a plan with your therapist for future sessions.
